The Good Lord knows that circumstances aren't always ideal. Sure we have good times, but if we're all honest, most of us would admit to a lot of, if not mostly, hard times.

And there's nothing we can do about. Absolutely nothing. Sure, we pour some of the crap over our own heads, but the vast majority of the crap we're walking through was put there by other people. Some we know. Many we don't. Some of that crap has been siting there for years. Some was there long before we were even born.

So what do we do about it? We have to know what we can change and what we can't. We'll never get rid of all the junk, but we can still live the way God expects us to.

My life will never be a racehorse. But it will be the fastest pig you've ever seen.
