I'd rather be lied about than not believed.
A lie speaks to the character of the one who says it. An unbelieved
truth does too. But, if this truth really is the truth, then the
statement that the unbelief is making (namely, that the speaker of the
truth is a liar) is itself a lie.
So I guess it doesn't matter either way. Got that?
